Here at MuleBar, we love to eat! We love eating good quality food and we know that in order to make high quality food, we have to choose the best ingredients.
Put simply, MuleBar exists today thanks to our dedication to creating the highest quality energy products using only the best ingredients.
Often, we create our recipes based upon an ingredient that we’ve fallen in love with, or following a delicious meal we enjoyed over the weekend, or thanks to a memorable encounter during one of our trips around the world.
The majority of the ingredients found in our bars are Fair Trade certified..

Our bars can be enjoyed before and during physical exercise/racing. In addition, they can be enjoyed anytime as a healthy snack. Available in 8 flavors.
A bar takes 30, 60 minutes before training.
And during training after an hour of effort.
Carbohydrates will serve as fuel for the body.
The objective of this period is to bring carbohydrates to complement the energy reserves.
The mixture of sugars such as glucose and fructose will allow you to increase your energy intake.
Make the habit of testing and enjoying your mule bar in the morning or in the afternoon 36h to 48h before your race. The idea is to accustom your body and bring it the energy reserves needed for D-Day.
