Recipes: 3 green smoothies you can drink as often as you like

You can drink as many green smoothies as you want because they are as good for your health as they taste. The principle behind them? Simply mix together fruits and vegetables that blend to give you a juice with a delicious natural colour.
Smoothie consumption soars with the return of sunny weather. To be sure of what you are getting, nothing beats a home-made smoothie, as you can control how much sugar is added. To ensure you make a success of all the recipes for this summer drink, start by acquiring a good blender. This practical and easy-to-use kitchen appliance will encourage you to make fresh juices every day.

The benefits of smoothies

They offer you your recommended daily intake of fruit and vegetables in the blink of an eye. They are a major source of fibre and vitamins. They are a good alternative to other drinks (sugary or alcoholic) when getting together with friends.

Eating “green” for a few days with the help of smoothies is a fun way of treating your body to a beneficial detox treatment.
