How do I create my Mulebar’s account ?

Nothing easier and faster than creating your account, all you have to do is to click on « My Account » in the section untitled SERVICES at the bottom of the home page, and then to fill out the form called « first visit ? ». How do I connect myself to my account ?

To access to your account you have two options; you can connect yourself directly by going to the SERVICES section at the bottom of the page and click on the item My account or via the link below https://www.mulebar.com/my-account/ You can also sign in at the end of your order by clicking on « Returning customer ?

I forgot my password, what I should I do ?

No problem, you only have to click on « Lost your password », to enter your username or you e-mail and you will receive an e-mail to recover your password.

How can I modify my personal data ?

To modify your personal data, you have to connect yourself to your account as it has been previously explained and to click on « account details », then you will be able to change or modify any information.

I want to delete my account, what should I do?

To delete your account, you have to send an e-mail to contact@mulebar.com

How to subscribe to the newsletter ?

To subscribe to the newsletter, you must fill out the form at the bottom of the home page.

How is the loyalty points system working ?

Each order gives you loyalty points according to the amount spent. 1€ spent makes you win 1 point, so 0,1€ off available on the next order.

On the cart page, a green box appear with “apply reduction” button. The reduction amount will be automatically calculated.

MY ORDER

How do I order ?

Nothing easier than ordering on our website, you just have to click on the product you want to buy, to choose in which form you want it ; by unit or by pack, and then to select the quantity. Once your cart finished and your checkout done, all you have to do is to fill out your billing details and to pay.

My paiement wasn’t accepted, how should I do ?

Don’t worry, it may have been a typing error ! Just make sure that every thing is spelt correctly and that every billing detail is ok and refresh the page. If it still doesn’t work you can contact the client service via the chat (the orange logo at the bottom right of the page). Be careful, this service is closed on weekends, so you will have to send an e-mail to contact@mulebar.com

Where can I enter my coupon code ?

If you have a promotional code, you have to write it at the end of your order in the box untitled « coupon code » which is situated under your article(s) and then you only have to apply the code by clicking on the item « apply coupon ». All you have to do then is to proceed to checkout.

My coupon code is said to be invalid, what should I do ?

It can be a typing error, you should verify if you coupon code is correctly spelt. If everything is ok for the spelling, the validity period of your code may be expired, If it isn’t the case, you can contact us by e-mail at contact@mulebar.com

I would like to modify / to cancel my order, how sould I do ?

To modify or cancel your order, send an e-mail to contact@mulebar.com

One product is missing or has been deteriorated during the delivery, what should I do ?

Send an e-mail to contact@mulebar.com with the photo of the product which have been deteriorated.

What are the different payment methods proposed ?

You have two payment options; by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by the Paypal system.

How is Paypal working ?

Recognized all over the word for its reliability and security, Paypal allows you to pay via your Paypal account or directly via your credit card (you won’t have to create a Paypal account).
