Kettlebell Mules off to represent England at the Kettlebell World Championships this weekend.

The cream of the UK kettlebell community are off to Hamburg, Germany this coming weekend to take part in the World Championships.

The team, which consists of 11 men and women, will pitch themselves against the strong and mighty in different event categories & weight categories

Please read below for a snapshot of each athlete and what their speciality is.

My wife could barely pick up a 24kg 'bell at the weekend, these guys make it look easy but don't be fooled, this is a sport that requires perfection in stamina, cardiovascular fitness, technique and concentration. Anyone looking to improve their sport should take a course in kettlebells, it'll help you a great deal.

MuleBar are lucky to be helping the team out and we wish them success all the way to the podium!
